Ingredients

2 flatbreads / naan

1 zucchini, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

2–3 tsp Za’atar Seasoning

½ cup feta cheese
- Salt to taste
Method

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Toss vegetables with olive oil and 1 tsp za’atar. Roast for 15 minutes.

Place flatbread on tray, layer roasted vegetables.

Sprinkle feta and 1–2 tsp extra za’atar.

Bake 8–10 minutes until crisp.
- Finish with one final light sprinkle of za’atar before serving.
