Thank you for shopping with Bold Pantry India, operated by Richdayindia Private Limited. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

All products purchased from Bold Pantry India are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Bold Pantry India reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Bold Pantry India will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
