Za’atar Grilled Paneer Skewers

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Za’atar Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bell peppers & onions (optional)

Method

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt & za’atar.
  2. Toss paneer and veggies in marinade. Rest 20 minutes.
  3. Thread onto skewers.
  4. Grill or pan-sear 8–10 minutes until golden.

Finish with lemon zest and a final dusting of za’atar.
