Ingredients

250g paneer, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Za’atar Seasoning

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp garlic paste

Salt to taste

Bell peppers & onions (optional)
Method

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt & za’atar.

Toss paneer and veggies in marinade. Rest 20 minutes.

Thread onto skewers.

Grill or pan-sear 8–10 minutes until golden.
Finish with lemon zest and a final dusting of za’atar.
