Ingredients (Serves 3ā4)

1 baguette or sourdough loaf

3 tbsp softened butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1½ tbsp The Bold Pantry ā Truffle Cheese & Herbs Seasoning

½ cup grated mozzarella (optional but recommended š)

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Method

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Slice bread in half lengthwise.

Mix butter + olive oil + 1 tbsp seasoning.

Spread generously over bread.

Sprinkle mozzarella.
-
Dust remaining seasoning on top.

Bake 10ā12 mins until golden and bubbling.
- Finish with parsley + tiny drizzle of olive oil.
