Ingredients:

500g chicken thighs or breast

1 tbsp harissa seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp yogurt (optional for tenderness)

Method:

Mix harissa + oil + yogurt.

Marinate chicken for at least 30 mins.

Grill or pan-sear 5–6 mins per side.
- Rest before slicing.
