Harissa Chicken (Pan or Grill)

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken thighs or breast
  • 1 tbsp harissa seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp yogurt (optional for tenderness)
  • Salt

 

Method:

  1. Mix harissa + oil + yogurt.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 30 mins.
  3. Grill or pan-sear 5–6 mins per side.
  4. Rest before slicing.
